Return Policy
At Apaar Cutlery customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Below are our guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Period:
– You can return most products purchased from Apaar Cutlery within 15 days of receiving the item.
2.RETURN CONDITIONS :
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
– Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent.
RETURN ELLIGIBILITY:
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Quality or Size issue
- Is different from what was ordered.
In case of a missing item, a proof in the form of a video while opening the box for the first time, is mandatory for filing missing product complaint. Share the video with your order ID at customer care @apaarcutlerey.in .
4. Non-Refundable Items:
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
– Gift cards, personalized products, and perishable items.
- REFUND TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Refunds can take upto 30 days to reflect in your account after we receive our product back.
- Returns after 15 days are not eligible for a refund.
6. Return Process:
– To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team providing your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason.
– Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
7. Exchanges:
– If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you want.
- REFUND: AMOUNT WILL BE FEFUNDED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT BACK IN OUR WAREHOUSE. We will check your returns and credit your refund to your card or bank account, payPal account , gpay account etc accounting 7-15 days. If you have paid by cash you can opt for a transfer to your bank account or a credit note. Please note that the courier charges shall be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return charges:
Courier charges in case of return shall be borne by the customer. Apaar cutlery will deduct a feasible charge from the refund amount.
