Once you’ve decided to return your product/s, here is what you need to do:
FOR REGISTERED USERS :
- To initiate a return, please LOG IN TO YOUR ACOOUNT AND IN THE ORDER HISTORY / My Orders By select the product you want to return and CLICK ON THE RETURN PRODUCT TAB.
- State the reason of the return/exchange in the window that pops up. Then click on request a return.
- Once your return request is approved. Call us for a pickup, speak to us at +91 9568091000 to schedule a pick up. Once the pick up is scheduled We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped.
- Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
- Handover your return – our courier partner may take upto 3-5 business days to pick it up.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, there after we will process the refund accordingly.
